都是由shipper 背書(shū)
2、to order of xxx
此類提單shipper不背書(shū)，如果此提單要轉(zhuǎn)讓則由xxx 背書(shū)
背書(shū) 有空白背書(shū)和記名背書(shū)
空白背書(shū)endorsed in blank 或 blank endorsed就是空白背書(shū)，指不寫(xiě)明被背書(shū)人的背書(shū)，背書(shū)人在提單背面寫(xiě)上名稱和簽字就可以了
記名背書(shū) endorsed to xxx或endorsed to order of xxx具體做法除了上述空白背書(shū)外，還應(yīng)在打印“dellivery to (the order of)xxx。
